1. What is your company’s manufacturing capacity per month?

We can produce up to 5,000 units of hoof rasps and cabinet rasps per month, and 1,500 complete Professional Farrier Tool Kits, depending on order size and lead time.

2. Do you offer customization (branding, sizes, material finishes)?

Yes, we offer full customization including laser engraving, size specifications, material finish options (e.g., matte, polished), and private labeling for bulk orders.

3. What materials are used in your rasps and tool kits?

We use high-grade carbon steel, stainless steel, and ergonomic hardwood/plastic handles to ensure durability, sharpness, and comfort during use.

4. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Cabinet & Hoof Rasps: 50 pieces per style.

Farrier Tool Kits: 25 kits per customization.

Sample orders are also available at adjusted pricing.

5. What is the standard lead time for production and delivery?

Sample Orders: 7–10 business days

Bulk Orders: 3–4 weeks after order confirmation

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer global shipping via DHL, FedEx, or Sea Freight, depending on customer preference and order size.

7. What quality assurance do you offer?

What quality assurance do you offer?
Every product passes through a 3-step QC process including material inspection, machining accuracy, and final finish check. Quality certificates can be provided upon request.

8. Do you provide packaging and branding support?

Yes, we offer custom packaging solutions including branded boxes, instruction manuals, and barcodes for retail-ready distribution.

9. What are your payment terms?

We accept payment through Bank Transfer, PayPal, or LC. A 30% advance is required on order confirmation and 70% before shipment.

10. Can you share any certifications or compliance documents?

Yes, we provide ISO-compliant manufacturing documents and can share RoHS, CE, and other relevant certifications upon request.
